CO-EATING. šItās a thing. We do it with our friends, our spouses, and our kids.
šYourš¹ #friendNetworkš¹ Is just as powerful. How often are we with our friends and, cuz itās social, we decide to splurge on the fries, share the desert, or have the beer? Itās fun. Harmless, right? But how often are you with these influencersāļø For me itās as often as I can.
I love my girls!
The point is...Friends can either be āļøHELPFUL or a āļøHINDERANCE to your nutrition choices. .
ā”ļøOn the bad side: ITS LIKE ācrabs in a bucketā we feel better if there is someone
eating something bad WITH US. ā”ļøBut truly GREAT friends help stop this cycle and
help each other to eat well when you are together socially. Choose to take the hummus
and veggies plate to your friendās house rather than the fun #Pinterest million calorie
dip no one would eat alone. š¬

Some of you know I had the honor of attending my bestie @hyde_wendy wedding in
Mexico this last weekend.
Most of them envisionedšø and š®and hammocks...AND YOU ARE RIGHTšÆ
****HOWEVER******
What happens on my girl trips includes that FOR SURE, but this #tribe is a little different.
We wake up andšøEARN ITšø
See. We want to sleep in..but the common goal of the tribe motivates you to bond
through ACTIONāļø I sure didnāt want to get up. I sure wanted to go DIRECTLY TO THE BREAKFAST BAR. But if I had, I would have missed out on Wendyās wedding day bond seshā¼ļø
āCan you see what Iām sayingā
Your tribe can be a friend group, it can be siblings or parents, it can be your kids. YOU can choose how your tribe helps or hurts simply by #engaging them in #action
šŗan Activity
šŗexploring new food choices
šŗengaging each other in goals
šŗand sharing VICTORIES
What are you doing TODAY to guide the course of this tribe?
